Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance to patients in a family-centered skilled nursing facility.
• Connect with patients and their families to understand their needs.
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Requirements

• Must have a Missouri CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certificate.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards geriatric patients.
