About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products, provide information on strains, usage, and dosage, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store or similar setting
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Familiarity with technical sales and product knowledge is a plus
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Experience with cash handling and basic math skills
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs
• Provide information on different strains, effects, and usage methods
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis products available
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Stock and rotate products as needed
