Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is required.
- Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and available for the duration of the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train cleaning staff on nightly janitorial tasks and equipment use.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all cleaning scopes are met.
- Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure the team has what they need.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and proper chemical handling.
- Bridge communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members.
