Night Service Manager
About The Position
Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager at our upscale, Lewis-owned community, Homecoming at Creekside , in Natomas, CA. This full-time evening and night hour career (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of the apartment community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Providing an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents is the biggest part of your important work.
Requirements
- Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
- Previous experience working with the public/customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Ability to self-supervise and work independently
- This career will work evenings and late into the night.
- Walking your community and using stairs will be required for the position.
- Days off are Sunday and Monday.
Responsibilities
- Parking enforcement of resident, guest and visitor vehicles.
- Property patrols, including walking your property for safety, minor maintenance, delivering notices, and customer service to residents and guests.
- Completing simple maintenance requests for residents.
- Completing incident reports for each shift
- Other duties as required.
