About The Position

Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy. Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack. Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software and equipment. Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free. Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders. Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The training base rate for this role is $23.00 per hour, and after training, associates will be paid incentive-based component pay determined by productivity metrics such as cases scanned per hour. Requirements

  • Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, receive safety instruction, and complete reports.
  • Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday (weekends and holidays as needed).
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent experience in a physically demanding or endurance-based role preferred (e.g., sports, construction, warehouse).
  • Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack preferred.
