About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Night Security & Closing Attendant to secure the property each evening. This role ensures buildings are locked, lights and equipment are turned off, and A/C units are set to after-hours settings.
Requirements
- Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently.
- Must pass a background check.

- Previous security/facilities experience helpful.
Responsibilities
- Lock all buildings, doors, and exterior entrances.
- Turn off lights and equipment.
- Set thermostats/A/C units to designated night settings.
- Perform a full property walk-through and ensure no one remains inside.
- Report any issues, maintenance needs, or unusual activity.
- Complete a simple nightly log.
