Night Press Operator
About The Position
Operate and maintain various press and related machines (including tube lasers, sheet lasers, and turrets). Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to ensure parts meet all specifications and tolerances. Set up and produce parts safely, efficiently, and within required quality standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to manage workflow and priorities. Record production data, report completed work, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Support continuous improvement and teamwork throughout the department.
Requirements
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints (this is a must)
- Prior experience operating press machines or similar manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete training

- Familiarity with Bend Pro 2 software
