About The Position

Pritchard Industries is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Part-Time Night Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our commercial client site overseeing all Weston Public Schools. You will lead a team, inspect completed work, train staff on proper techniques, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader willing to get their hands dirty to ensure our clients receive top-tier service. Location: Weston, CT - School District Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 20–25 hours/week) Shift: Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, can vary) Pay: $ 22.00 per hour
