About The Position

SUMMARY: Responsible for packing boxes using the Track machine and Tape machine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate Track Machine;
Check cartons to ensure product is undamaged and was correctly placed in carton;
Add proper amount of paper to cartons to ensure damage protection.
Change tape on tape machine.
Communication - must report all machine problems, damage, and errors found to Lead and/or Supervisor;
Reliability - must be dependable in working established shift schedules, including overtime;
Assist Quality Control as needed;
Clean machines and work area;
Report to Picking Lead after all cartons have been packed;
Perform minor troubleshooting on Numina packlist printer.

Requirements

• Previous packaging experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently in a productive and consistent manner
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a repetitive motion for extended hours
• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours each day
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
