Requirements

• RN License (Required)
• LPN License (Required)
• Ability to commute to Richland Center, WI 53581 (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Richland Center, WI 53581 before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to residents of our long term care facility
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments
• Record resident information in the electronic medical record
• Perform other duties as assigned
