About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and experienced PM Supervisor to oversee night warehouse and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations and delivery drivers during night shift
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately before the end of the shift
• Coordinate with dispatch to prepare routes so trucks can leave early using OnFleet
• Communicate and collaborate with offshore team members
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve operational issues in real-time
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations
• Maintain clear communication between warehouse, drivers, and management
• Receiving Drivers when their routes are complete / closing for day
• Cycle Count & Inventory Management
• ERP Management & System tools (Slack, WMS)
• Shift & Overtime Management
• Performance Management (KPIs, logging mis-picks, failures to adhere SOPs)
• Forklift Operator Experience
