About The Position
The Night Operations Department Supervisor at Lowe's is responsible for leading a team of associates to ensure a high-quality customer experience during the overnight shift. This role involves coaching and training staff, managing performance, and overseeing non-selling operations in both the front and back ends of the store. The supervisor collaborates with other department supervisors and assistant store managers to meet service, operations, and safety objectives, while also conducting safety walks and reporting hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
