About The Position
The Night Nurse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating clinical care, providing administrative guidance to staff, and supervising nursing personnel at the Brand New Palace at Weston, an Independent, Assisted Living & Memory Care Community. The position is focused on delivering nursing care to ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies & procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines.
