About The Position
The Night Nurse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating clinical care, providing administrative guidance to nursing staff, and supervising nursing personnel in a luxury senior living community. This role ensures that residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, and facility policies. The supervisor will also participate in hiring and evaluating nursing staff, assist in developing nursing service objectives, and maintain accurate resident records.
