About The Position

First-time parents on the Upper East Side are seeking a newborn care specialist for their baby, due in early May. The contract term will be12 weeks to start, and the schedule will be 5-7 nights per week from 9pm-7am. Only local candidates will be considered at this time.

Requirements

• Calming and easy going personality
• Legal to work in the US and be paid full via w-2
• Candidate must live within easy commuting distance/must have own local housing for day time/off hours

• Plenty of experience supporting first-time parents.
• Knowledgeable and supportive personality, able to kindly guide new parents

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Providing practical tools to enable the parents to keep baby on schedule during the day, thus setting baby up for success at night
• Providing general support and assistance, where possible (given the nighttime schedule)
