About The Position
As a Night Merchandiser at American Eagle Outfitters, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual standards of our store and ensuring that our products are well-presented and readily available for our customers. This part-time position requires you to work primarily overnight, with a commitment to 3 to 4 shifts per month. Your responsibilities will include executing floorsets, which involves placing items on the sales floor to replenish those sold throughout the day and adjusting visual presentations to meet AEO standards. You will be part of a dedicated team that meets every Sunday night to ensure the store is ready for the upcoming week. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you will be required to work early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends. Your passion for American Eagle and Aerie products will be a significant asset, as you will be working with a team that shares your enthusiasm for our brand.
