About The Position
The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the store during the night shift. This includes managing staff, ensuring safety and security, and maintaining the overall condition of the store. The role requires the ability to lift and move items, manage cash and payment systems, and project sales and labor needs. The Night Manager will also be involved in staff recruitment, training, and development, as well as contributing to company strategy and policy-making.
