About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with experience in building maintenance, janitorial services, or similar industries, who also possess strong management skills and effective communication abilities. The Night Manager will play a crucial role in assisting with the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, while also maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing client contracts to ensure that work expectations are met and will be expected to develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors by effectively communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving initiatives. In this role, the Night Manager will review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business. Daily communication with the Facility Services Manager is essential for addressing any immediate issues, including providing a nightly recap via email or phone message. The Night Manager will also make recommendations for Independent Contractor work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and take necessary actions if service level agreements are not met. Additionally, the role involves managing inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures, as well as the proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
