Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly operations, including shift transitions and closing procedures
- Provide leadership and support to night shift team members, ensuring productivity and morale
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Manage nightly cash handling, inventory counts, and operational reporting
