This position manages the staff of the hotel during the overnight shift, responding to guest requests and ensuring standards are met. The Night Manager ensures that staff are highly trained, motivated and supervised. The Night Manager manages a variety of positions on the Overnight and is responsible for understanding the hotel operation as a whole.

Requirements

Previous experience of 2 years required in the Hospitality Industry and Rooms Division, preferably with at least one year in supervisory role and Front Desk knowledge.
Strong business acumen, work ethic and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, sound problem solving ability and proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera.
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English required.
Ability to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positions.
US work authorization is required.
