The Role
The Night Manager is the front-line operator responsible for executing service quality across the portfolio each night.
This is not a passive inspection role. This is a hands-on, problem-solving position responsible for:
Stabilizing accounts
Driving consistent execution
Supporting FSMs by eliminating issues before they reach the client
You are the eyes, ears, and action arm of the operation after hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Valid Texas Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• 2+ years experience in: Multi-location operations
• Janitorial / facilities / route-based service (Cintas, Ecolab, etc. preferred)
