NIGHT LOIN BONING SUPERINTENDENT HOURS: 2 ND Shift - flexible as needed or required. DUTIES: Responsible for overseeing the loin b oning departments . Direct supervisors with respect to production volume, efficiency, quality, cost and meeting production schedules and delivery dates. Ensure a safe work environment for the department by following established safety policies and procedures and working with safety department to correct any deficiencies. Train and develop supervisors to provide management depth and develop team work to attain department objectives. Review daily production schedule to plan work and personnel assignments. Maintain good employee relations and adherence to labor contract provisions. Work closely with other production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production. Attend meetings as scheduled Perform other duties as needed or assigned QUALIFICATIONS: College degree preferred Must have extensive knowledge of the loin boning o peration and the industry Must be people oriented; be able to understand employees needs and good motivator.
