About The Position

Maintains safety on all grounds, buildings and equipment as needed to provide a safe and clean environment. Provides coordination of security and event needs, and direction of evening custodial staff. Performs cleaning duties and maintains supplies Performs maintenance duties Coordinates storage duties and setting up for events Coordinates and performs various external building safety needs and maintains pleasant appearance of buildings and grounds Coordinates schedules for maintenance staff at the secondary level Performs upkeep of floors

Nice To Haves

• Up to one year of specialized or technical training which relates to this position.
• Experience in boiler operations.
• Experience with snow removal and like equipment.
