What You'll Do: Oversee hotel operations during overnight hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and security. Do laundry, wash, dry and fold. Ensuring all laundry is finished during shift. Assist guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any overnight inquiries. Perform nightly financial audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports. Monitor property security, conduct safety checks, and address any issues as needed. Process payments, manage reservations, and reconcile accounts accurately. Assist with setting up breakfast or other morning preparations as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous front desk, laundry, accounting, or night audit experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic math and accounting skills for balancing financial reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
