Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be bi-lingual

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve operational goals.
  • Shift Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts, i closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant and address any issues promptly.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle any operational issues or emergencies that arise during shifts, including equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or customer incidents; take appropriate action to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations
