About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong managerial skills
- Honest and Responsable
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Schedule staff
- Provide training
- Provide solutions when jobs are not to Tadco standards
- Maintain great relationships with clients
- Perform heavy cleaning duties on occasion
- Perform routine cleaning tasks on occasion
