Windsor Building Services is growing and seeking an experienced Night Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support our evening cleaning operations in the Bryan and College Station area . This is a full-time leadership position and requires proven janitorial supervisory experience .

Requirements

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience (required)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff across multiple job sites
• Attend daily team meetings at 4:30 PM
• Provide nightly operational summaries and reports
• Train new employees and enforce cleaning standards
• Deliver supplies and manage inventory
• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce protocols
• Address and resolve staff conflicts professionally
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and performance
• Fill in on-site as needed to ensure coverage
• Communicate clearly with management and field staff
