Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, acts as liaison to the manager for an elderly and/or Homeless, Transitional, Mental Health housing development/complex and performs certain specified tasks. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Open doors for residents who lock themselves out of their apartments. Be on call for emergency situations and refer to the appropriate resources such as the Property Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Fire Department, Medic, Police, etc. See that the building is secure. Distribute flyers, notices, etc., at the request of Property Manager. Report to the Property Manager any hazardous conditions at the development/ complex and other building problems. May leave the premises as needed provided the Property Manager is notified in advance, and flyers are posted accordingly. Light janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and other as assigned by Property Manager. Other duties as assigned.
