Our Team is looking for a Part-Time Floor Technician Key Tasks: Floor Care Work: Carpet,Cleaning, Tile floor care (auto scrub, strip/wax, buffing, etc) Fill-In Cleaning Project Work - Exterior window cleaning, Construction clean-ups, Tenant move-out cleaning, etc.

Responsibilities

Check-in daily with supervisor to confirm (s) and vehicles
Complete work as assigned (example - 1 -person job versus 2-person job)
Take before and after pictures on the Orange QC Job Report
Communicate any problems as they occur with supervisor (floor issues, access issues, equipment issues)
Communicate with the supervisors and managers for building access, as needed
Use of company vehicles bases on equipment needs
Sign-out and -in vehicles each time and report any issues with the vehicles to your supervisor, when noticed.
Sign-out and -in keys to the key box or return to supervisors
Tag broken equipment with detail regarding the problem
Correction of customer complaints, as directed by supervisor (Orange QC)
Assist with fill-in cleaning
