Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in all night crew activities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assists the Grocery Manager in directing the grocery department operations.
• Trains and supervises associates in night crew activities, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains the quality condition of all products, including stocking, rotating, and discarding spoiled items.
• Cleans and dusts shelves and maintains a safe working environment.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, storing, and inventory control.
• Operates equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and ladders.
• Implements company policies and controls shrinkage.
• Encourages a customer-friendly atmosphere and maintains positive vendor relations.
