NIGHT CREW CLERK Main responsibilities: Maintain and replenish stock in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer and merchandising needs. Provide fast, friendly, and courteous customer service. Stock, rotate, face, and discard outdated or spoiled products; maintain stockroom cleanliness. Order products, cut cases, stack, price, and mark merchandise. Build product displays and operate equipment such as hand trucks, six-wheel carts, and pallet jacks. Verify orders against invoices and audit product cases for inventory control. Assist customers and occasionally perform cashier duties. Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary work environment. Complete necessary forms and reports accurately. Perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and accuracy. We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Soft skills: Friendly and courteous demeanor. Tactful and composed in interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competencies: Organizational skills. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Judgement and responsiveness to business activity. Reliability and punctuality. Knowledge: Basic mathematics. Inventory control and pricing. Merchandising and shipping/receiving procedures. Abilities: Lift, stack, and maneuver items up to 80 lbs. Push/pull fully loaded carts and pallet jacks. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and climb ladders for extended periods. Perform repetitive tasks accurately. Work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Travel requirements: None specified; occasional outdoor tasks may require brief travel within store premises. Other requirements: Exposure to cold environments (35°F to -20°F). Compliance with grooming standards, dress code, and safety policies. Regular attendance is required.
