About The Position
Mollie Stone's Markets is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Part Time Night Crew/Stock Team member at our Grand Central location. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our grocery store, ensuring that our shelves are stocked, organized, and ready for our customers. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent time management skills, and is willing to work graveyard shifts. This position is temporary, but all roles are eligible for medical benefits, reflecting our commitment to the well-being of our employees. As a member of the Night Crew, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions that contribute to the overall shopping experience at Mollie Stone's. Your primary duties will include stocking, receiving, refilling, and rotating items on shelves to ensure that our product offerings are fresh and appealing. You will also be tasked with unloading deliveries and breaking down shipments in a timely manner, keeping our backroom organized and well-maintained. Additionally, you will be responsible for re-shopping misplaced products, managing damaged goods, and refilling missing items to maintain product levels and ensure that our aisles are kept in pristine condition. We are looking for individuals who can handle products carefully to minimize damage and shrinkage. Previous grocery experience is a plus, but what we value most is reliability, the ability to follow directions, and effective communication skills. A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role. You will be expected to work overnight shifts, contributing to the smooth operation of our store during non-peak hours.
