We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Courier / Parts Delivery Driver to support our field technicians. This role is critical to keeping our operation running efficiently by ensuring technicians have the parts they need for next-day service. This is a full-time, night shift position with benefits. Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in improving First Call Complete by ensuring technicians have the right parts on hand before their first job of the day. Your work directly impacts efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team success.

Requirements

• 5 years of driving experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable driving for extended periods during night hours
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
• Basic familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone apps

Nice To Haves

• Prior delivery or courier experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver appliance parts to technicians at designated locations during evening and overnight hours
• Organize and verify parts to ensure accuracy before delivery
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with dispatch and parts team regarding delivery status or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Handle parts carefully to prevent damage during transport
• Assist with basic warehouse or staging tasks as needed
