About The Position

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience Job Functions Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting) Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies) Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) Restock supply cabinet/room Clean all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls, using appropriate cleaner to remove stains and clean undersides of rim of urinals and bowls. Damp wipe, wash with disinfectant when necessary, all partitions, title walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and receptacles. Fill toilet tissue, soap, paper towel and sanitary napkin dispensers Clean flush-o-meters, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal work Vacuum louvers, ventilating grilles and dust light fixtures as required Stock restrooms Straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, & break rooms Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Custodial experience is preferred but not required Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements

Responsibilities

Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
