About The Position

BASIC FUNCTION: Supervises and accounts for nightly activities of the clients within a residential treatment program.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Provides night supervision for the clients and be responsible for the clients' night time activities.
Serves as a positive role model.
Maintains a daily log on the activities.
Participates as a team member in at least one staff meeting per month.
Fills in for other night awake aides who are on leave.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED and/or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• Takes charge of clients in a sensitive manner, as not to interfere or prohibit the meaningful progress of the clients

Nice To Haves

• CPR and Narcan Training Preferred
• Experience in residential treatment settings preferred.
