About The Position

The Night Auditor at the Arbor Day Foundation plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for overnight guests at Lied Lodge. This part-time position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night hours. The role is integral to the Foundation's mission of promoting conservation and community engagement through the care of its guests.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with computers and ability to learn the OPERA computer system.
• Strong detail orientation with organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a busy environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence to all guests during their stay.
• Register guests and assign rooms efficiently.
• Perform night audit administrative tasks accurately.
• Accommodate special requests from guests to enhance their experience.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding guest needs.
