About The Position
The Night Auditor is responsible for managing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, typically from 11 PM to 7 AM. This role involves preparing and processing all Night Audit work, registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night hours, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of hotel operations.
