Requirements
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Dependable and able to work overnight hours
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests
- Perform nightly audits to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Balance cash, credit card, and daily reports
- Maintain an organized, professional front desk environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
