Keep the Experience Flowing. As a Night Auditor, you’re the overnight guardian of the guest experience. This highly visible role blends hospitality, accuracy, and calm confidence—ensuring guests feel welcomed, supported, and secure while keeping hotel operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive when the lights go down and responsibility goes up, this role is your moment. 🎤 Your Mission Deliver warm, professional guest service throughout the overnight hours while ensuring accurate end-of-day reporting, guest safety, and seamless front desk operations.

Requirements

  • Are alert, reliable, and able to function confidently during overnight hours
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Are a people-person who balances hospitality with operational precision
  • Stay calm and composed when handling upset or tired guests
  • Take pride in accuracy, accountability, and follow-through
  • Have basic computer, cashiering, and accounting skills
  • Can multitask effectively without losing attention to detail
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Have customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while personalizing their overnight experience
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and the local area
  • Answer and manage internal and external phone calls, taking and delivering messages as needed
  • Serve as the overnight reservation attendant
  • Respond to guest questions and concerns with empathy and solution-focused service
  • Run nightly audit procedures, end-of-day reports, and system reconciliations
  • Accurately follow accounting, cashiering, and audit procedures
  • Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Ensure guest safety through proper key control and security awareness
  • Handle lost and found items with care and integrity
  • Maintain overnight coverage during inclement weather until properly relieved
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to appropriate departments
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team and maintain a smooth overnight operation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
