The Front Desk Night Auditor is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. This role involves checking guests in and out, managing room keys, providing information on hotel services, processing transactions, handling guest calls and requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Night Auditor also plays a role in maximizing hotel revenue through up-selling and maintaining established hotel safety protocols.
