POSITION SUMMARY: Are you a naturally friendly person with a helpful personality? Clay Brook, a four-star luxury slope side residency at the heart of Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak Village, is searching for a Front Desk Agent with a strong eye for guest service. This is a part-time year-round 2- day/week opportunity with night shifts! Shifts are from 11pm-7am. Potential for full-time employment in other departments as well. This job pays $21 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but we are also prepared to train the right candidate.
• A professional personality is essential to this important service role.
• Front Desk Agents must be able to maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands and sometimes difficult guests.
• Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary for the position.
• Timely and reliable attendance is absolutely essential.

Nice To Haves

• General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service is preferred while previous use of SMS or other reservations systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting owners/guests
• Answering phones
• Checking owners/guests in/out
• Providing information about the resort and the Mad River Valley
• Processing charges in selling resort products/services
• Responding to owner/guest needs
• Balancing owner/guest accounts
• Working with the resort's information systems and different departments
• Taking care of delegated tasks assigned by manager and following/completing your shift checklist
• Agents ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while putting the guest's interests first.
• Tasks will be performed in a welcoming and professional manner.
