About The Position
The Hotel Night Auditor provides end of day accounting for hotel financial accounting.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
- Customer service and multi tasking skills is extremely important.
- Must be fluent in English with regard to oral and written communication.
- Must be able to work the graveyard shift.
- Customer Service – Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is an organization in the hospitality industry. As such, the ability to conduct business in a positive and friendly manner.
- Education – High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Training will be provided.
- Computer Skills – Proficient in the Microsoft Operating System, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Hotel and Front Desk operations during the overnight shift.
- Assist with all aspects of guest services and present a positive impression of the establishment.
- As needed, perform other clerical duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and preparing and sorting mail.
- Multi task in communication devices.
- May be required work overtime.
- Other duties as assigned.
