About The Position

The Guest Experience Expert role, which includes the Night Auditor, focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests beyond standard check-in and check-out. This involves delivering a wide range of services, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights. Success in this role also requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, ensuring confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Experience Experts are expected to be active, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and capable of handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
