About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Aloft Dallas Downtown. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints
• Familiarity with hotel systems and POS systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities
• Perform front desk duties, such as issuing keys, making copies, and handling mail
• Monitor security systems and respond to any security issues
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as making beds and restocking supplies
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
