About The Position

We are looking for a night owl to join our front office team! This is an overnight front desk/night audit position. Excellent benefits include paid time off, free meals, hotel discounts, and more! Pay Range for this position is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour. What you will do: The night auditor is a dual role. You will serve as the overnight front desk/guest service agent and complete the daily audit. This includes balancing room, restaurant, and bar receipts, posting and balancing charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. You will also maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations, and email pertinent information to various hotel departments. When you will do it: Night Audit shifts are generally 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., but flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed is ideal. Part-time or full time hours. What you should bring to the table: A s elf-starting personality with an even disposition. The ability to communicate well with guests. A willingness to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key. The a bility to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. The a bility to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system. Previous experience working with Marriott FS-PMS would be ideal!
