Requirements

• You have at least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor.
• You have an eye for detail and a passion to provide quality of service to our guests.
• You have prior Marriott brand experience, excellent computer, customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• check in guests
• answer phones and take reservations
• respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• process invoices
• reconcile accounts
• balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
• keep accurate financial records and ledgers
• help prepare for forecasts and audits
