Guest Service Agent Deliver refined guest arrival and departure experiences through personalized greetings, efficient registration procedures, and flawless check-in/check-out services Manage room inventory, reservation confirmations, and guest placement to optimize availability and uphold luxury service standards Execute all financial transactions with precision, including payment processing, billing reconciliation, account settlements, and cash handling procedures Serve as the central communication liaison for guest requests, transportation coordination, and interdepartmental updates with professionalism and immediacy Maintain the integrity of guest information and ensure the Front Desk and lobby environment consistently reflect elevated hospitality standards Champion the overnight guest journey, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance stays, inform guests of special property events, and create those unexpected moments of delight that define luxury hospitality Night Audit Reconcile daily revenue, verify financial transactions, organize receipts, and prepare accurate night audit reports to ensure system integrity for a new business day Execute comprehensive night audit procedures, reconciling all daily financial transactions, posting event revenue, settling multi-departmental credit card batches (Hotel, Spa, Knoxies), and preparing executive-level reports with precision and accuracy Maintain operational excellence by closing the business day in our property management system, ensuring system functionality for the new day, and safeguarding the accuracy of all hotel records Uphold security and safety protocols during overnight hours, serving as the first point of contact for any guest or operational needs while maintaining the serene, secure environment our guests expect
