About The Position

Part-Time Night Auditor (Saturday and Sunday Overnight) Home2 Suites by Hilton Pasco Tri-Cities Airport – Opening May 2026 Join the newest Hilton property in the Tri-Cities! The brand-new Home2 Suites by Hilton Pasco Tri-Cities Airport is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our opening team. This position is scheduled Saturday and Sunday nights from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM , playing a critical role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. Position Overview: As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing daily hotel transactions, preparing reports, and serving as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours. This role combines front desk service with accounting responsibilities, requiring both strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

High School diploma/GED required
Customer service experience required
Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
Attention to detail and organized

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in
Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
Cover other areas of hotel as needed
Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported
Maintain all areas of the front desk
Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
Other duties as assigned
