Requirements

Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs.
