What will you do in this job? Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for assisting guests with reservations, guest check-ins, guest checkouts and general information. You will serve as the central information center for all lodge operations.
Requirements
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous direct guest service experience
- Familiarity with basic office equipment operation
Responsibilities
- Provide guest with lodging and local area information
- Perform guest reservations, check-in and checkout procedures
- Balance deposits to sales and complete all accounting forms
- Run end-of-day reports and package audit envelopes
